About Sara

10 years teaching experience

Born into a family of mindfulness practitioners, Sara was immersed in the teachings of Yoga as a child, planting the seeds for her path as a space holder in her late teens. She is a trauma- informed guide who teaches with intuition, presence, and intention. Her work weaves together the wisdom of the body, mind, and breath, the rhythms of the seasons, the lunar cycle, and the heart-opening medicine of ceremonial cacao.

Through her nurturing and grounding offerings, Sara creates sacred spaces that invite others to return inward and reconnect with their innermost essence. At the heart of all she shares is a devotion to cultivating deep stillness and authentic connection to Self.

In a typical class, she likes to explore the balance between movement and stillness, with a sense of openness, curiosity and self-compassion at the core. The yoga styles she teaches are Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Satria Yoga, Hatha Ashtanga, Yoga Nidra, and Guided Meditation. Currently, her most popular offerings are Cacao Circles, which combines the sacred plant-medicine cacao with embodied practices, deep stillness, meditation and reflection.
