CACAO RITUAL - Online, ceremonial cacao will be posted to you.

Join us online for a cacao ritual, which invites you to pause, connect with your heart, and awaken your inner wisdom. Together, we will tune into the ancient spirit of cacao and open ourselves up to listen deeply to the inner wisdom that runs within our bloodlines as we honour our ancestors and elders during this special time of the year, when the veil between worlds grows thin during Samhain.
This ritual is both a remembrance and a renewal — a chance to weave together the ancient with the present, to soften into connection and realign with your authentic self in a safe and nurturing online space. Whether this is your first Cacao Circle or you’re returning to the practice, you will be guided step by step with love and care.
Cacao supports both the physical and energetic heart with expansion and openness, allowing new energy to flow and deeper levels of love to emerge. Sara will offer some guided movement and gentle breathwork to open the body and settle the mind, then as Cacao works her magic you’ll be guided through a meditative shamanic journey. There will be some time for integration and journaling at the end.

Where: Online - you will receive the link 3 days before the event. Please set up your space in a way that feels intentional and calming for this ritual; clean and clear, no distractions, etc. More info will be sent to you about this after signing up.
When: Thursday, 30th Oct, 7pm - 8:30pm.
Investment: £28 (or £25 via PayPal: get in touch for PayPal option).
This ticket includes your spot AND a meditation dose of ceremonial cacao (25grams) with instructions on how to prepare it before the event begins, so we can drink together. More info will be sent to you about this after signing up.

Medication & Health Concerns: As cacao can raise our levels of neurotransmitters, notably serotonin, please be cautious if you are taking antidepressants, SSRIs, and any medications that alter brain chemistry in general. There is a condition called serotonin syndrome, which is caused by medications building up to a high level in the body. This is rare, but please be mindful and aware that you are participating at your own risk. Please let us know if you are on any medications, have high blood pressure or heart problems, or have any allergies / other health concerns. You can still participate safely, so you will not be left out. Please let us know as soon as possible so that we can discuss a smaller dose or send you an alternative. Please contact us in advance if you are pregnant and would like to join.
